AD Calcis® – Dr Konrad Pharma

Greasy cream containing aqua calcis (50%) to treat irritated skin and skin prone to eczema.

Characteristics:
AD Calcis® is a greasy cream intended for treating skin prone to eczema and for problematic skin in children and adults. It calms down the sensitive and irritated skin.
Aqua calcis syn solution calcii hydroxydati is limewater. It is a clear liquid of strong alkaline reaction. It has anti-inflammatory and astringent effects, and relieves pain and itching.

Parafinum liquidum (paraffin oil) is a natural mineral oil. It is used in therapies and prophilaxis of dermatitis characterized by hyperkeratosis such as atopic dermatitis, chronic psoriasis, xeroses – dry skin and also as a complementary therapy in dermatology.

AD Calcis® can be used since the neonatal age. The preparation can be used by pregnant and breast-feeding women and children of all age categories.

Use:
Spread a thin even layer over thoroughly cleaned and dried skin. Use preferably medicinal antiseptic soaps (e.g. Cutosan®) to clean the skin. Apply several times per day as necessary. Warning for those allergic to parabens – it does not contain parabens.

Contraindication:
Do not use in case of allergy or hypersensitiveness to any of the ingredients of the preparation.

Store in temperatures from 5 to 25 °C, keep out of reach of children, in the original container.
Do not use the preparation after the expiration date stated on the package and bottle.

Composition:
Aqua, Petrolatum, Lanolin, Paraffinum Liquidum, Sorbitan Oleate, Lecithin, Calcium Hydroxide, Cholesterol, PEG-75 Lanolin, Cera Alba, Phenethyl Alcohol, Ethylhexylglycerin.
