Louis (Tra DJE Bi) Kalou comes to the team at APEC having been educated at Almeda University and LLB University of South Africa obtaining his Masters of Business Management Degree and is fluent in three languages (English, French and Tawana).
Louis has worked as a I work as an oil trader and business development director in charge of Africa for OTC OIL LIMITED and I am currently working there.

He was in charge of all operations for OTC Africa including sourcing products from seller in case of shortage and getting buyers to close deal.

His expertise he brings to APEC is varied but in particular he is a good communicator and will help to bring new clients to APEC and thus expand our market share and influence in the region.
He received the prestigious 2008 Top Oil Trader Award in Johannesburg. All in all he is a great acquisition to the APEC West African team.
