Best motherboard I have owned
I have not built a PC for a while so I decided to upgrade to the new i9 processor so needed a new motherboard. I have always liked ASUS motherboards and decided to spend a bit extra and get this ROG motherboard. I was so impressed by the build quality of the motherboard, it feels so solid and just looks amazing. I like the fact that it has heat sinks for the M2 drives with an optional mount for a small fan above them aswell, I had no issues with getting my optane memory working. The lighting works really well, I have an RGB strip under my desk and it synchronises perfectly. You even get a sheet of stickers including stickers for the battery to disguise it so it doesn’t spoil the look of this beautiful motherboard. I will definitely be buying another ROG motherboard when it is time to upgrade again. Would definitely recommend this product.

Great features on the Asus ROG Z490-F
Ended up buying this with the new comet lake i5 10600k and was easy to build! Managed to sync up all of my RGB components to AURA sync and it looks incredible!
100% recommend this motherboard on all builds 😀

Perfect Upgrade
With the release of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 my PC needed an upgrade to keep up with the processing power this game requires.
Paired with a Intel 10700K and currently a 1070ti this motherboard is more than worth the money paid.
Easy to overclock and enough fan headers to connect the extra RGB fans to finish the look.
Can’t recommend this motherboard enough.

Offers just what a gamer needs.
I’ve paired this with an i7-10700K and an EVGA RTX 2070 Super ultra XC with 32 GB of Corsair Vengeance 3200 MHz RAM, and so far it runs everything on ultra and high with no problems.
Overclocking the CPU was dead easy as I chose to do it with the UEFI bios integrated AI that chose the correct settings for my setup and now I am running at 4.9 on all cores and 5.3 on single core performance which is more than anyone needs realistically.
Ample upgradeability choices with 6 sata ports, posibility for SLI video cards and 2 M.2 slots with heatsinks. The included RGB STRIX logo is also a nice addition as I use mine for temp indicator for the CPU.
It might also feel a bit thick compared to others because of the heatsinks on the top and it is a possibility that it gets in the way of big AIO radiators but as long as you can mount one in the front that’s no issue.
