I ordered this laptop on July 3, 2020 and received it on July 6, 2020 by an amazon agent on time. I used this laptop for three days without any problem. However, on the evening of fourth day, keypad (a bunch of keys) started malfunctioning. Few keys such as space bar, B, C, N, Tab stopped working.

Next day, I called amazon customer care regarding this problem faced by me and customer care executive connected me to a technician. The technician told me to update my drivers from ASUS website. After the update, I thought now the laptop would work smoothly. However, after few hours of work, it again shows same problem with a bunch of keys.

Finally, I decided to return it back and initiate a pick up of this product. Now, the real headache started.

My closing window for return was July 16, 2020. I initiated my pick up on July 13, 2020 and date for pick up was July 16, 2020. I received a text message on July 16, 2020 that an amazon agent will pick up my laptop between 7:00-19:00 Hrs and they also provide a telephone number in order to contact the agent. At around 1 PM, I received a call from agent that he will come to my house between 2-3 PM. However, nobody appeared till 6 PM and then I dialed him on the telephone number provided to me in text message for about 1 hour but nobody picked my call.

Finally, at 7 PM I called amazon customer care and they told me that my pick up was cancelled without giving any valid reason. I requested him to initiate a new pick up then on my humble request, the customer care executive initiated next pick up on July 19, 2020.

On July 19, 2020, I again received a message that your product will be picked between 7:00-19:00 Hrs. Again, I waited for a whole day and at this time I received a message that your pick up has been cancelled at 7 PM. Again I called amazon customer care and this time also they don’t have have any reason why the pick up was cancelled. I again requested him to initiate a new pick up and on my request, a new pick up was initiated for July 20, 2020.

Thank god and thanks to amazon, this time the pick up agent was at my door at 9 AM and finally, my defective product was taken back by amazon and my money was also transferred to my account safely.
