I wanted a refurbished phone because on average they’re about half-price compared to new ones BUT because they’re certified refurbished, they’re still supposed to have the same functionality as a brand new/never used one, except that I’ve always heard battery life on any refurbished phone could be 80-100% while a new phone is the control/comparator and always 100% on the day you activate it. I’ve had this phone over a month now and the battery life is GREAT. iPhones have a way to track and monitor it anyway, and mine says it’s at 98% efficiency today. It serves every purpose in every way just like a new phone. I also liked that it was “unlocked” meaning it wasn’t tied to any specific mobile carrier and I didn’t have to make/break any contracts or request it to be unlocked to transfer to the mobile servicer of my choice.

Literally only have 2 issues with it and only 1 is related to the seller- the tiny oval screen on the top of the front screen is a little dirty and I could t fix it but it hasn’t impacted the phone in any way. (My other issue is with apple technology updates/my user error as I’m struggling with iOS and functionality changes going from an 8plus to a 12 pro… I miss my home button! Lol)
