Construction crews will work to:
- Demolish the Pawnee Well
- Restore the surrounding landscape
This project will ensure Golden State Water can continue
providing reliable water service to local customers.

Waalew Reservoir and Water Transmission Main
Replacement
Sunset Hills Memorial Park, 24000 Waalew Road, Apple Valley, CA.
Project Timeline:
December 4, 2020 – September 30, 2021
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (No weekends or holidays)
7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Construction crews will work to:
- Construct a 0.3 Million Gallon Welded Steel Reservoir
- Install 2,800 LF of 8-inch PVC water line
- Install 120 LF of jack and bore
This project will improve the distribution system and ensure
Golden State Water can continue providing reliable water service
to local customers.

Construction crews will work to:
- Install 7,590 LF of 8” PVC Pipe
- Install 13 fire hydrants
- Install 105 services
This project will improve hydraulics in the Apple Valley water
system, and increase service reliability by mitigating
interruptions caused by aging infrastructure.
