Aqua Scepter

The Aqua Scepter’s water particles piercing three Target Dummies

The Aqua Scepter is a magic weapon that can be obtained from Locked Gold Chests within the Dungeon, or from Golden Lock Boxes found in Dungeon Crates from fishing. It can auto-fire an arc of water particles. On the Desktop version

Desktop version, Console version Console version, and
Mobile version Mobile version, the projectile can pierce up to 4 targets, hitting a total of 5 targets. On the Old-gen console version Old-gen console version and Nintendo 3DSNintendo 3DS version version, the projectile can pierce an infinite number of targets.

The Aqua Scepter can be continuously used to keep enemies juggled. However, the sprite of the Aqua Scepter itself deals no damage. Therefore, an enemy too close to the wielder will not get hit by the water, and simply move past the outstretched wand to hit the player.

Its best modifier is Mythical.

Notes

  • Despite being a water-themed weapon, the range is reduced when the player is in water.
    • The Aqua Scepter is also unable to extinguish enemies who are lit On Fire!.
  • The Aqua Scepter’s attack consists of two separate streams of water superimposed on top of each other, similar to the Golden Shower which has 3. Thus, it will actually pierce 9 enemies per use and will damage the fifth enemy twice.

  • It makes the same sound effect as the Rocket Boots.
