Arctic Circle Campground | Bureau of Land Management

Follow the side road a short distance off the Dalton Highway, milepost 115, to the Arctic Circle sign and viewing deck with interpretive displays. Enjoy your lunch in the picnic area or drive up the hill to camp at the Arctic Circle Campground, renovated in 2021. The campground offers 19 sites, complete with leveled campsites, fire rings, and picnic tables. The campground has bear resistant trash cans and two vault toilets. Water is not available. The nearest water is at Five Mile Campground (south 55 miles) or Marion Creek Campground (north 65 miles). 

The campground is open approximately May-September. The picnic circle, sign, and restrooms are accessible year-round.
