Now regarding your stomach pain and associated back pain, if your urine pregnancy test comes out be negative, many a times muscular cramps normally occur after sex, which can last for hours, days and even weeks, which is not so concerning. But if the pain persists and is associated with fatigue, can be due to many multiple reasons for which you can visit nearby general physician, who can palpate your abdomen and diagnose your problem or prescribe an ultrasound to confirm it better.
