Frequently Asked Questions About Epic Apple Watch Bands
Are these official Apple watch bands?
We sell watch bands for use with your own Apple Watch. Similar to how you can buy third-party cases for your phone. We do not sell or include any products made by or authorized by Apple.
Are Apple Watch Bands interchangeable?
Yes, you can easily change the band on your Apple Watch. Simply hold down the release button on the back of your watch, and the band should slide out. If the band doesn’t slide out, press the band release button again and make sure that you hold it down.
When you insert the new band into your Apple Watch, please make sure the band is not “upside down”. Look at the adapter, and make sure the side with the metal middle piece is facing the under-side of your watch. When the adapter is properly inserted into the groove you should hear a soft click as the watch locks onto the band. If you put it the wrong way around and the band does not “click” in, the band is probably not attached correctly. We recommend you double-check that the band is correctly installed before wearing it.
Will these bands fit the model of my Apple Watch?
All of our watch bands are compatible with every Apple Watch model including Series 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and SE.
Select “41mm / 40mm / 38mm” if your Apple Watch is:
- 41mm Apple Watch Series 8, 7
- 40mm Apple Watch Series 6, 5, 4 or SE
- 38mm Apple Watch Series 3, 2, or 1
Or select “45mm / 44mm / 42mm” if your Apple Watch is:
- 49mm Apple Watch Ultra
- 45mm Apple Watch Series 8, 7
- 44mm Apple Watch Series 6, 5, 4 or SE
- 42mm Apple Watch Series 3, 2, or 1
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our own warehouse here in Pleasanton, California. Most US customers receive their order within 5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Many online stores offer “free shipping” because they dropship from China, charge you a membership fee (e.g. Prime), or they add the price of shipping into their products.
Instead of playing mind games, we keep our product prices low and offer very competitive shipping rates. Because our shipping costs are based on the package size and weight, you’ll find that shipping will only go up minimally as you add more items into your order.
Are these products available right now?
At Epic, we only sell products we have stock of. Unless the style you want is listed as out-of-stock, we have it in our California warehouse.
If an item is out-of-stock, we recommend you submit your email to be notified as this item comes back in stock. We have had new shipments sell out in a matter of hours. This is the only way to make sure you are notified as soon as the item becomes available again.
Will these watch bands fit my wrist?
Each product has a Sizing Guide section, which will provide “best fit” information.
Do you sell Extra Small (XS) watch bands?
Our silicone watch bands are sold with 3-pieces, with both the Regular and Large bands. This way, the band will fit most people!
If you need even smaller sizes, then please check the Sizing Guide for the product you’re interested in.
Do you sell Extra Large (XL) watch bands?
Our silicone watch bands are sold with 3-pieces, with both the Regular and Large bands. This way, the band will fit most people!
If you need even larger sizes, we recommend you look at our link-type bands (such as our Stainless Steel Link, Ceramic, Natural Wood, Carbon Fiber, Metal+Wood Fusion and, Metal+Ceramic Fusion watch bands). We offer additional links that you can use to extend the band to fit.
Can I adjust a link-type watch band myself?
Each link-type band include tool(s), so that you can add/remove links yourself. If you’re not comfortable doing so, you can also take it to a local watch store (where you’d go to replace watch batteries) or jeweler, and they should be able to do it for you.
