Every year sees us host a gala event – the FLG Vietnam Awards – where top performers across all areas of our organization are recognized, and prizes, awards and incentives presented to team members who have excelled in their areas. Further recognition is offered to people who are celebrating their tenth anniversary with us. In addition to this, each quarter, each department has its own recognition and rewards programs as we all strive for constant improvement, both as individuals and as a team.
