Four Angry Men reveal all-star Dota 2 team – EsportsBets.com
After months of speculation, Chinese organization Four Angry Men has finally revealed its news Dota 2 roster.
The organization, best known for its PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds team that took third place at last year’s PUBG Global Championship, has been at the center of rumors since announcing its plans to expand into Dota 2 in early June.
4AM announced that it has signed former PSG.LGD duo Lu “Somnus/Maybe” Yao and Xu “fy” Linsen, Vici Gaming’s Zhou “Yang” Haiyang, EHOME’s Liu “Sylar” Jiajun, and Ru “RedPanda” Zhihao from Sparking Arrows Gaming.
Despite earlier rumors, the team will not be coached by Bai “rOtK” Fan, with Chen “Xz” Zezhi being announced as the team’s coach instead.
Another player that was rumored to be a part of the lineup was Vici Gaming’s Zhang “Eurus” Chengjun, but it seems as though negotiations broke down after fy teased the possible signing on his Huya stream last month.

The news comes only a couple of days after 4AM teased the majority of its new roster on Weibo.
Four of the players were indirectly revealed, with Yang being represented by a drawing of a shoe due to the flashy dress shoes he wears at LAN events, RedPanda with a picture of his animal namesake, Somnus who drew himself in his caveman persona from the 2018 EPICENTER XL Major, and finally fy who chose the fireworks from OG’s victory at The International 2018.
“Pick your own room. First come, first served! If there is any dispute, decide by playing a solo mid duel (Dota2)”, the welcoming board announced.
Another Chinese Dota 2 superteam rises
The Chinese Dota 2 scene has a long history of yielding super-teams. A number of them have come and gone, a list which includes the likes of Team DK, EHOME, and Newbee, with only the latter finding ultimate success by winning The International.
4AM’s current lineup is no different, as it consists of some of the most celebrated and talented players the Chinese scene has to offer, all of whom have yet to claim the Aegis of Champions.
With such a star-studded line-up, 4AM has emerged as one of the front-runners in the Dota 2 competitive scene and definitely look like a team that can give even Team Secret a run for its money.
