I’ve ordered from this wonderful company for years now. I just ordered this week to take advantage of a sale and, through no fault of the companies, the package was delayed by the carrier. I was fretting because it’s so hot right now and it was shipping to Florida. When it arrived everything was fine. They must put a bunch of extra dry ice in just in case.
Last year I ordered and then Hurricane Michael formed and fedex would not deliver to me because I’m coastal and they sent drivers home. We took significant damage and when I finally contacted the company they told me not to worry and that when the house was put back and we were ready they would ship us a new package to replace at no cost. This is how you run a business!
Top notch, I highly recommend.
