Grove – Red Design Group
Our concept primarily introduces the idea of the fruit-barista, a
central point of destination abundant with fruit, all beautifully
displayed and presented. The fruit-barista would be the person of
experience and theatre, offering up drinks, packaging curated
selections, cutting up and serving fruit platters and making desserts.
Not only that, here you can find out what’s in season, where fruits come
from, and how sustainable agriculture is making a difference. This is a
blend between the theatrical sushi chef, espresso barista and the
connoisseur.
This central point will be become the natural
gravitation and congregation of the store, it will be the main
theatrical highlight filled with abundance and energy. The rest of the
store is nested with pockets of experiences, from nut-roasting on the
spot, to chocolate fruit making, and gift wrapping. The store aims to
feed on the five senses with a highlight on discovery and experience. So
far our design journey has embarked on architectural, interior,
branding and strategy. Red’s design thinking is all about creating
unique and meaningful experiences.
