Responsible for developing and implementing programs that align workforce with key business strategies and initiatives.

Organizational Development
1. Assist direct supervisor in planning & implementing HR Transformation projects: Annual job evaluation/calibration, Job grading, Performance management system- Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Path, PIP, Workday system, Competency Model, Mentorship…
2. Take part in graduate trainee recruitment project from attracting to offering process.
3. Monitor and review the development progress of graduate trainees.
4. Assist in revising HR policies.

Learning & Development
1. Be responsible for training coordination & learning/training ideas. Implement effective induction/orientation programs for new hires & trainees.
2. Utilize current resources from CEB & LinkedIn, Raven360, from Headquarters… to combine & design training plans which promotes learning culture.

Employee Engagement
1. Collaborate with Engagement team to initiate activities promoting employer value propositions (EVP) both internal & external and to improve satisfaction index (eNPS).
2. Plan & facilitate Cross Culture Communication project for expats & local employees.

Report
1. Ensure that the weekly & other reports are delivered in accurate and timely manner.

Job requirements: 

1. Proactive & can deliver the assigned tasks timely & accurately. Committed to high standards and continuous improvement.
2. High ownership with can-do attitude.
3. Good English communication both verbal & writing.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset, Attention to details, Innovative & Critical thinking, Influencing
5. At least 3 year experiences in HR (HR General or Recruitment, Training, OD.. is required). Should have working experiences in multinational companies previously. 
6. Bachelor or Master degree preferred.
7. Can start in Dec 20 – Jan 21
