In the morning:

From around 8 am to 8:30 am, our excellent Hue local guide and Hue Private Car will pick you up at your hotels in Hue city center. We start the Hue city group tour by taking a dragon boat to go along the Perfume River to visit the 400-year-old pagoda, Thien Mu Pagoda which was built in1601.

Thien Mu (Heavenly Lady Pagoda) is not only a sacred Buddhist temple but also a UNESCO World Heritage. There are many stories, myths, and a love Curse about the pagoda told by the locals in Kim Long village.

After that, we will explore the complex of Hue Imperial Citadel complex including Thai Hoa Palace, the Royal City, and the Forbidden City. A complex of around 100 monuments on 520 hectares of the Nguyen Dynasty. It was the former working and private residence of 13 Emperors, concubines, and eunuchs.

In the afternoon:

After lunch, around 2 pm, we will continue the Hue City Group Tour by visiting the tomb of the second emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty, Emperor Minh Mang. Who had 600 concubines, 142 children, and 78 sons.

As you can see, it is such a very nice and meaningful tomb with a lot of stuff (PRE- prepared while he was still alive). It is only for the afterlife of the Emperor. Then, we will take a private car to visit the tomb of the 12th emperor of the Nguyen dynasty- emperor Khai Dinh.
