“My participation in this competition was life changing as I got an opportunity to travel to the United States of America for the International Competition. This opportunity opened a doorway for networking with people from all over the world and listening to their ideas. I also learned the basic tenets of developing a business plan and the things to consider when thinking of a viable business venture. Not only did Startup Africa open up doors for me to travel and pursue my university education in the United States but also opened my mind to a world of many business possibilities. I am eternally grateful to Startup Africa for the opportunities it opened up for me and its initiative to involve young people and giving them an opportunity to help their communities.”
