Orders are despatched and confirmed via email with tracking number and delivered by UPS.

UPS now has a UPS my choice option to re-schedule, or collect from many UPS pick up points.

All Bespoke items carry a longer lead time and you will often be quoted a estimated delivery date prior to placing the order.

If there are any issues with not meeting the standard delivery time frame out of courtesy you will be contacted.

Returns

Fabric Returns Policy

Each fabric order is a bespoke order as the fabric has been specifically cut to your requirements and for this reason we cannot accept a cancellation/refund or direct exchange.

We can, however, ask the fabric companies to accept your order back into stock and negotiate a refund, however, this is subject to the fabric companies’ agreement and the payment of their handling charges. Should you realise that you have ordered the wrong product, or decide that you have changed your mind and wish to return it, then please contact us, and we will liaise with the fabric company on your behalf to check whether they will accept the order back.

Fabric Companies do impose a restocking/handling fee, which is typically 30% of the order value, and this would be deducted from the refund given to you. This handling charge covers the fact that your length of fabric has been cut specifically for you, and another future customer is unlikely to require the same length and so the Fabric Company will make a partial loss on the returned goods.

Returns are not usually possible if the fabric length is less than 5 metres.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All costs relating to postage for returns are the buyer’s responsibility and we would advise on the use of a professional courier.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event the item is faulty a full replacement or refund can be offered up to 30 days for faulty/damaged goods at no extra cost, however we would appreciate it if you would notify us within a few days of receipt of any such instance. A replacement/refund will be resolved as swiftly as possible..
