Luci Pfaff biography

Luci Pfaff joined NTEA in 2003, and has supported a variety of efforts from communications to sponsorship and advertising to sales. In her current role, she promotes the Association’s growth through membership recruitment and retention and offers customer service and support to member companies. She’s in charge of The Work Truck Show® registration process and serves as staff liaison to Generation Next (an NTEA group that gives new industry professionals a network of support for developing skills and building peer relationships in the work truck industry).

Luci earned a bachelor’s in English from Michigan State University. She completed a master’s in administration, focused on human resource management, from Central Michigan University.
