Description

How to use it
Either you can use it as a regular toner or apply it as a second toner. Or you can double layer this essence as well. Another way to use it is to soak a cotton pad and leave it on areas where you need a little extra moisture. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and then you pat in the product until fully absorbed.

What is hyaluronic acid?
It is an acid produced by your body and located in-between your skin cells. When you are younger your skin will have a high level of hyaluronic acid, which basically is a molecule that helps the skin to bind water. When the skin has a high level of hyaluronic acid the skin looks even, bright and elastic. The older you get the harder your body will have to produce this acid, the skin gets dryer and won’t be able to bind as much water and wrinkles starts to be visible. By adding hyaluronic acid in your skincare you will help the skin to increase moisture, improve the skins barrier and elasticity.

My thoughts on Missha Super Aqua Ultra Hyalron Skin Essence
I am one of those persons who really loves the use of hyaluronic acid on my skin. I have super dry skin and by adding this type of product in my skincare routine my skin feels much better. I do know that some people experience this type of product to be drying instead of moisturizing but often that is because it is wrongly used. Hyaluronic acid is supposed to be applied while your skin is still moist.
Packaging
What is not to love about this. It just screams moisture (probably due to the blue color) but still I just love it. It comes in a blue plastic bottle, simple but effective.
I always get the right amount of product out as well, even though it is quite watery, the opening is just great.
So what is this product
It is a toner and an essence. I often use a toner first and when my skin is still moist I apply this one on top. When I use this together with Missha bee pollen renew ampoule (toner) I get an amazing feeling on my skin. If you have normal to oily skin this might be too much for your skin. But my skin simply loves the combination and I cant wait for winter to come so I can really put it to the test.
Missha Super Aqua Ultra Hyalron Skin Essence is not scented, which I love. I often find Missha’s products to be overly scented so this was a nice surprise. I don’t always mind scent in products but I do find that a lot of brand use way too much scent when little goes a long way. This toner absorbs really fast into my skin without leaving any sticky feeling.
My first contact with hyaluronic acids was the Hada Labo lotion. And I was sold at the start. I still use the Hada labo lotion since I find it simply amazing. When I use this type of product I often double layer it. You should not be afraid layering toners. Start listening to your skin and use the products that works for you. For example if I have a toner that might be missing something. I just add another one (for example when using dokdo toner, that is not moisturizing on my skin. I add a more moisturizing toner on top.
During the summer time this one is enough for my skin but during winter I need to add more moisture and therefor I tend to double layer toners more during colder times.

During the summer time Missha Super Aqua Ultra Hyalron Skin Essence is enough for my skin but during winter I need to add more
This is a really nice toner. You can use it as your one and only toner or you can use it as an essence toner and apply it after your first toner. You need to see what feels nice on your skin. I do prefer my Hada Labo lotion but this is a really good option as well.
