Worst phone I’ve ever had. I switched over from an iPhone 5s that had become obsolete and no longer worked with the 5G Network. It loses service all the time when nobody in my family has this problem so it’s not a local problem. It is just this phone. I have called support tech many many times about this issue and they can’t never help me. Also every time I update my phone I have to completely reset every setting which takes hours to do. So I have not updated my phone in months because I don’t want to spend hours resetting my settings. Again the tech-support is garbage (I don’t know why I even pay for that) because they can’t help me. they just keep me on the phone for an hour to walk me through stupid steps I’ve already done, then I get disconnected and have to get another person who’s telling me to do a lot of steps that I’ve already done. Finally I look up online what to do, and then I learn that I just have to reset all my settings but at least online I find out how to get my phone Service reconnected. My other family members who have an iPhone 8 have had absolutely no issues. One time my phone even lost service while using Maps in a big city and not realizing that I had even lost service, I went about 10 miles out of my way, and by that time I was so lost but still did not have service so I couldn’t figure out how to get back where I needed to be because I had no service to get to Maps. Who would’ve ever thought that an upgrade was actually a downgrade?
