The New City Group of companies has been providing secondary mortgage financing in BC and Alberta over the past thirty years. We have recently opened a new company to handle first mortgage financing as well and have adapted our portfolio to reach over all aspects of small to medium sized commercial Lending.

New City is the administrative store front to four MIC Lenders and one non MIC Lender making us the direct link to a variety of creative and problem solving mortgage solutions for property owners, residential and commercial landlords and developers post-construction. Another benefit to being the direct link to our Lending companies is quick, efficient access to funds; a distinctive advantage in the fast paced environment of the Real Estate industry.

Based in Vancouver’s downtown core, New City Group has formed relationships with respected borrowers in the rental residential market, developers, brokers and Institutional Lenders. Through these relationships and the experience of 30 years in the industry we are able to benefit from first hand accounts of the real estate environment to help our borrowers achieve financing solutions to keep their business strong and risks low.
