Omnicom Media Group Vietnam makes a series of senior leadership hires across its agencies

As Omnicom Media Group enters its tenth year of operations in Vietnam, the company has refreshed its vision and strategic approach for continued growth in the market through a series of senior leadership appointments across its agencies. The appointments strengthen the offerings of the Group’s networks, OMD and PHD, allowing them to position their clients at the forefront of developments in technology and media, in order to gain a competitive edge in their communications.
Julien Courant has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer for the Group. A highly skilled and recognized leader in the digital marketing space, Courant brings over 17 years of global experience, having spent the last 10 years in South-East Asia alone. In his new role, Courant will lead the operations for the Group’s agencies, fuelling their growth, driving digital transformation and innovation for its clients, and ensuring the continued delivery of performance for clients in Vietnam.
Sang Hua joins the Group as its Head of Digital, moving from Mindshare Vietnam, where she worked on the Unilever and Suntory PepsiCo business. In her new role, Hua will continue to elevate the digital product for OMD and PHD, ensuring clients are equipped with cutting-edge skills and expertise in the digital space.
The Group has also promoted Loan Be to the role of Performance Lead for its agencies following her consistent growth in the digital space. She will now lead on the continued development of the Group’s performance offering for clients of OMD and PHD.
Uyen Minh joins PHD as Business Director, bringing a wealth of experience gained over 14 years at some of the top advertising and media agencies in Vietnam. As such, she is well equipped to lead the agency in maintaining its competitive edge when it comes to planning solutions and client servicing in Vietnam.
Huy Lam joins OMD as Planning Manager, brining over five years of experience in strategic planning. He joins the agency from Mindshare Vietnam where worked across a portfolio of FMCG clients. At OMD, Lam will now be tasked with delivering the best media strategy and partnership solutions in the market for the agency’s clients.
