Reddit – Dive into anything

I used to go on Apple’s support site all the time and the chat feature was great for problems that weren’t too urgent. However, I’ve recently gone on and no matter what issues I seem to have, the option to chat with a CS rep is never available. Now, it only gives the options of “call now” or “schedule a call”.

It’s not the end of the world, but I really did enjoy the chat feature.

Does anyone know if they got rid of it? Or maybe it’s just down for right now or something. I guess it’s also possible that it’s totally still there and I’m just missing it every time, but I’ve put in a few scenarios that I know I’ve done before that allowed me to chat.

If anyone has any idea and could let me know, that would be awesome. Thanks!
