Hey folks – Hopefully I can get some help here:

Model ROG STRIX – G731GU BIOS V.310

Issue: Stuck at boot logo

History: -Last Night: I opened the lid on my Rog Strix and the screen was black. I tried to wake it to no avail (I was just playing Valheim not 20 minutes prior). I hit the power button to reboot. Reboot froze at the ROG Logo. Repeat reboot attempt until Prepairing Automatic Repair came up. It froze (2 dots from the circle animation stuck on screen). Fans ramped up. Nothing happened for 10 minutes. Shut down.

-Today: Put Windows Boot Media on a flash drive. Didn’t read it. Updated BIOS using EZ Flash to v.310 USB with boot media seen. Boot from USB Frozen at Logo with same 2 dots from circle (one complete circle, then 2 stuck dots)

If anyone has any advice, I’d love to hear how to resolve the issue… I have clients waiting on photos and can’t really afford to replace my laptop right now.

I’ve done everything, including Shift+Restart, recommended in the FAQ and can’t break past the two damn dots.
