Refurbished Apple Products

I am satisfied with this product from BackMarket. The battery life is solid. The keyboard and screen look good. Overall, a good buy. I will offer the following critique, though. First, the power brick is totally off brand and is black. This was disappointing. It would not have been difficult for the refurbisher to get a white one, even if it isn’t original Apple. Computer looks like an Apple but the cord looks like an Acer. Second, the packaging could have been better. It came in a FedEx box, which is fine. But inside, the computer was in a padded yellow envelope, surrounded by bubble wrap- it wasn’t attractive, to say the least, and left room for possible destruction in delivery. Thankfully, that didn’t happen. Third, the keyboard and screen were a bit “grimy,” for lack of a better word. It wasn’t terrible but clearly no one had spent time trying to *really* clean it. I will buy from BackMarket again (I’ve purchased several phones and several other MacBook Pros and an iPad for my organization). But each time, it is important for me to remember that some refurbishers who sell through BackMarket are more attentive to customer pleasing details than others. Thank you.
