TID Group – Romania sets out to create a foundation for international collaboration enabling companies to work together on issues of global importance. Through collaboration, relationships and learning we are able to deliver great services and products to clients wherever they do business.

Customer value creation – CVC

Value has different meanings for different people. For TID Group customers, the value is the benefits of the products. For our company, the value is the satisfaction of the customers and the number of customers being attached to them. Being the important part, CVC it is also a difficult part to be implemented in the business. That is why we are standing for our client’s CVC strategy.
