AppleCare Products:

Buy AppleCare+ at time of device purchase. Available for in‑store purchase at any of our retail stores. AppleCare+ can also be purchased within 60 days of device purchase at an Apple retail store (inspection of device and proof of purchase are required) or call (800) 275‑2273 (requires you to run a remote diagnostic and provide proof of purchase).

AppleCare+ for iPad and iPod touch extends your repair coverage and telephone technical support to two years from the original purchase date of your iPad and iPod touch. AppleCare+ adds coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling, each subject to a service fee plus applicable tax.

AppleCare+ for Mac extends your coverage to 3 years from the purchase date of the device and adds up to 2 incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a service fee of $99 for screen‑only or external enclosure‑only damage or $299 for all other damage plus applicable tax.
