I got this monitor like 8 hours ago, so let’s start from the top:
1. The package arrived damaged with a punched hole on the monitor ‘s side of the box while it was still inside.
2. The monitor refuses to work above 60hz.
3. Any frame rate above 60hz caused the monitor to start flickering, and to shut and restart itself.
4. Right before packing this monitor to send it back I discovered 7 dead pixels….SEVEN DEAD PIXELS.
#. The monitor is unusable to me if I can’t run it at its advertised frame rate of 280hz, or in anyway to be honest with all the dead pixels and its inability to run at any frame rate above 60hz.
I’m sending this broken monitor back for a refund, but I won’t mind getting a better, properly working replacement for it.
All of this is really sad to me because this is the first time I use B&H for a purchase, hopefully B&H won’t increase me in disappointment like this monitor did.
