ASUS ZenScreen MB249C: 1080p portable monitor available now

With the ASUS ZenScreen MB249C, a new portable monitor finds its way into the market. It realizes a Full HD resolution on 23.8 inches and can optionally be set up or hung up.

The 23.8-inch ASUS ZenScreen MB249C monitor weighs 2.8 kilograms and can be set up almost anywhere with an integrated carrying and kickstand. The monitor relies on an IPS panel, which naturally scores with a wide viewing angle of 178 degrees. An anti-glare coating ensures that a convincing readability is always provided even in bright environments.

Two 1 watt speakers also enable the playback of sound directly via the monitor. Particularly practical: the Zenscreen has a fold-out stand that also serves as a carrying handle, a C-clamp arm, and a divider hook set. The kickstand makes it possible to set it up at an angle of 12-60 degrees.

However, the display can also be easily attached to a table edge or partition. The C-clamp arm can tilt 5-20°, swivel -15-20°, rotate 0-90°, and extend and retract up to 180 mm. Using a divider hook kit, the monitor can also be adjusted 150 mm in height.

Eye-friendly display, powerful connectivity

The ASUS ZenScreen MB249C he features TÜV Rheinland-certified ASUS Blue Light Filter and ASUS Flicker-Free technology, which protect against harmful blue light and also provide long-term eye relief thanks to flicker-free technology.

In addition to an HDMI port, the mobile monitor also has a USB-C port that allows it to be powered by up to 60 watts. At the same time, the ENERGY STAR certification promises power-saving use.
