Benefits of key ingredients-
Centella asiatica extract- this ingredient is rich in amino acids, fatty acids and phytochemicals. Adding a centella based product helps in healing and soothing the skin due to its anti-inflammatory action.
Chondrus crispus extract- this is also known as Irish moss which is a species of red algae. It helps in promoting optimal hydration in the skin, protects it from stress damage and improves the lipid barrier with the help of its hydrophilic molecules.
Sugarcane extract- helps in reducing redness and treats blemishes on the skin. It adds a subtle glow to the skin and reduces dullness.
Madecassoside- this is an active ingredient of centella asiatica which has anti-redness and anti-scaling effects. It promotes healing and calms inflamed skin.
Panthenol- also known as Vitamin B-5 which helps in wound healing and delivers anti-inflammatory benefits. It improves hydration, elasticity and provides a smooth appearance to the skin.
My experience with the product-
I do love to use centella products in skincare. They are amazing to heal skin, improve lipid barrier and reduce inflammation. As I try out various products on my skin sometimes I do get irritation and slight inflammation. To reduce those effects I rely on such products to calm down my skin.
