Good day
The customer requested assistance in our Desk case # XXXXX and we responded. We helped with trouble shooting and even sent videos and instructions on how to use these products. However, the customer got frustrated and went directly to file a charge back. We let the customer know that we were unable to refund since the funds are blocked when a chargeback is in effect. The customer also indicated in said charge back that there was no assistance or cooperation from our side when we have all the communication to prove it. Also here is the RMA assigned and label for the customer to return for a refund. Instead the customer called in several times and proceeded to insult and abuse several agents on our team. Here is a copy of the RMA and Label. Should the customer use them and return the products we shall be glad to refund if they drop the Charge back case. Otherwise they will have to wait for the financial institutions arbitration on the case.

I notified the company the photos are clear concise and show what they send did not fit in any manner and the so called video was worthless garbage delay after delay excuse after excuse in not refunding my purchase PAYPAL was notified of seller deception and seller fraud I CALLED PRIOR to placing order and was told oh yes they fit OH **** NO THEY DID NOT PHOTOS WERE SEND as evidence my ink cartridge is not what they sold me at all not even close

As previously mentioned, since the customer had filed a chargeback, the dispute resolution process was set in motion, with refund possible after return. This is why we asked the customer to drop the chargeback so that we could refund without having to wait for the dispute resolution process to complete. We issued a prepaid return label on Dec 8. Since the return has now been completed, the customer has been refunded in full.
