Join us this Friday in welcoming Danny Wills as he will present his recent work on “Let’s Get Ready to Rrrubble,” – an ongoing project rethinking the role of resources and agency in architectural production.About Danny Wills:
Danny is an architectural designer, educator, and researcher. He has studied, lived, worked, and taught throughout Europe, Asia, South Africa, and the US, building and managing several public and non-profit projects. In 2017, he cofounded Space Saloon, a site-specific design lab focused on situated research, multidisciplinary workshops, and community design/build. As an Architect Teacher Scholar at Cal Poly, Danny’s current research investigates site-specific engagement, material circularity, and collaborative forms of making.
What is Fridays@4?
On most Fridays at 4 pm during the academic term, PSU School of Architecture students and faculty gather to hear from professional designers and architects, academics, visiting artists, innovators, and students in the program. Fridays@4 is a perfect way to wrap up each week of intense creativity in the studio and get inspired for the productive weekend ahead.
Free and Open to the public. All are welcome.
