Group Tours for Adults
Guided Adult Tours
Our private, guided group tour experiences are led by our trained volunteer corps of museum guides, known as docents.
Guided groups tours are subject to docent availability but are typically available during museum hours, Wednesday through Sunday. Groups must have a minimum of 10 guests and a maximum of 60 guests.
Tours must be booked at least 14 days in advance. To book your tour or for more information, complete this form or contact us at 918-748-5303.
Self-Guided Adult Tours
Self-guided group tours are available any time the museum is open. We ask groups of 10 or more to please schedule your visit in advance. To book tickets or for more information, complete this form or contact us at 918-748-5303.
Arrivals & Delays
Tour Groups should plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time. If your group arrives earlier than scheduled, one of our Guest Experience Associates will assist you.
In the event of a travel delay, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to guarantee tour guide availability for groups arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled tour time.
Directions & Parking
If traveling by bus or van, please inform your driver to drop guests off at the main entrance. After all guests have disembarked, the driver will need to use the circle drive to loop back around to Rockford Rd. to park along the street in front of the museum. Note: our parking deck will not support the weight of a bus.
If traveling by car, please park in the upper or lower parking lots located in front of the museum. If these lots are full, you may use neighborhood street parking.
When visiting, please be aware all accessible parking spaces are located in the upper level lot. The lower level parking lot connects to the museum entrance by stairs. The Museum and much of the garden and grounds are accessible for those using a wheelchair or mobility device. Some paths are steep and may have uneven surfaces.
