Ross School of Business Engagement
Since 2005, Ross has partnered with Tata to provide leadership training to more than 800 participants in 25 program deliveries. Led by Professor M.S. Krishnan, the nine-day course for senior executives develops leadership skills through the following competencies: strategy, co-creating value with customers and others, financial management, business innovation and information technology, human resource management, and leadership.
The Tata program also entails the formation of action learning projects that evolve to be implemented within the respective company. This program – offered in India, Europe, and the United States – is not about incremental change, but rather one that equips participants with the perspectives and tools to craft and execute a transformational global agenda.
