Wi-Fi driver problem on Acer Swift SF314-57
Hello, for a few months I have had a problem with the wi-fi on my Acer Swift SF314-57 under Windows 11. Impossible to connect to the internet, activate airplane mode, or even sometimes activate Bluetooth. Uninstalling the wi-fi driver doesn’t do anything, because it’s the same one that is reinstalled (IntelR Wi-fi 6 AX201 160MHz) and therefore doesn’t work. I’m not sure what the problem is. When I go to the hardware and connection properties, I’m told that the Bluetooth network connection is in a “Not Present” state and that the Wi-Fi is in a “Not Operational” state. I don’t know what to do, my computer is unusable and I can’t do anything with it.
