We have been loyal Delta users for over 15 years, and this was the biggest blunder ever. Also humiliating and extremely frustrating, stressful and a big problem with fulfilling our travel plans between son and father.”

SC customer service manager named Cole enjoyed torturing me on the phone for 30 min saying he was not going to approve the difference in fares blaming on weather. While an agent at the gate indicated the delay had nothing to do with the weather!!! Most horrific experience ever! And I fly all the time”

“I wasn’t able to book online or check in which delayed me as I didn’t have to check a bag. Every time I tried an error occurred both in the flight there and back. Also, I looked like on my reservation my first name was combined with my middle. I thought it was an error and called and waited on the line fur over a half hour and never talked with anyone. I went into the flight nervous it was going to be an issue. Fortunately it want but the added areas was unfortunate.”

So essentially that was 7 hours with nothing after having paid a little over $700 for what was seemingly the WORST transatlantic flight I’ve ever taken. I travel back and forth often, because I’m a dual national, but I will stick to BA or Virgin Atlantic – the planes and service are far superior to this pile of turd that goes by the name of United. There were no charging facilities (power outlet or USB port) and the TVs had such horrendous resolution that you would get a headache from having to squint at the screen.”
