We had an amazing trip with 28 great travelling companions. From the start to end this trip was awesome. Simon from Trip a Deal was very helpful with us booking. Of course as with all travel there were some small but manageable issues. Etihad our first airline were amazing. ted and knowledeable and passionate about each of their countries. Berk in Turkey, Sherif in Egypt, and Yousef (from Jordan). Every country had its own amazing history and were all very different in their own way apart from the buffet meals which were all very similar. All our meals along the way were included which was helpful as some places had limited options for buying food apart from icecreams and snack foods which were plentiful along the way and great after long bus rides. Lunch on some days gave us the option to choose from 3 items which was usually pretty good. The long bus rides were a great way to get some sleep or down time after early mornings and late nights. The Wifi on the bus was pretty good along the way apart from in Egypt as we had no wifi on the bus for this leg but all hotels had wifi and some was better than others or only available in Reception. All our entry fees to places were included along the way and we only had to pay for optional tours such as hot air balloon rides, camel rides, glass bottom boat and snorkelling in the Red Sea. We had many internal flights along the way so the baggage limit was much smaller than on international flights so be prepared to pay excess luggage for that. The Hotels along the way were varied from 3 star to 4 star. (different star rating compared to our rating system in Australia). We were generally happy with the hotels especially the Cave Hotel, the Spa Hotel and our hotel at the Dead Sea (amazing views). I am amazed that Trip A Deal were able to do this trip for the amount of money that we paid. It was absolutely great value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for our travel guides and we were sad to say goodbye to each of them at the end of each leg of trip. The first 2 took us to the airport and said goodbye apart from the one in Jordan who said goodbye the day before and gave us the resposibility of getting to the airport with our bus driver.
